About This Project
Sustainable Attributes:
Innovative Consulting & Management Services, LLC (ICMS) provided complete property management services to a multi building campus which is comprised of 1.2 million square feet of office space. ICMS performed a wide range of tasks and services associated with the operation and management of the campus infrastructure supporting the National Weather Service’s 24/7 Telecommunications gateway operations, including upgrade and repair of the HVAC, UPS and computer server room.
